Here’s a couple of online tools that do a great job of editing your photos. They both have quite the detailed selections for adjusting your pictures.
There’s a lot more here than the basic tools offered by products like Office Picture Manager (Microsoft)
Outlook Express RIP

In the latest march toward being laid to rest, Microsoft announced it will turn off access to its Hotmail service from Outlook Express at the end of June.
If you are one of those who accesses Hotmail this way, then Microsoft encourages you to download its free Windows Live Mail software.

There’s a new version of Google Earth (4.3) available which sports revised controls for navigation and some new product content like 3-D photo-realistic buildings in major cities and time-lapse views of sunsets and sunrises.
Also new in Google Earth 4.3 is access to the street view movies found in Google Maps.
XP SP3

The third service pack for Windows XP should be coming soon, though Microsoft is keeping its lips sealed as to the official date. Some claim general availability by the end of April. Though Microsoft is wanting users to migrate to Vista, many users remain on XP, and good housekeeping is a necessity.
